I want to uninstall an Android update.

Hello, I need your help... I want to uninstall the Android update installed on my Samsung Galaxy S3, which is version 4.4.4, and I can't find any solution to uninstall it. Do you know how to do it easily? Thank you in advance.

Hello,

The only way to uninstall an update is to reset the phone to its factory settings. Be careful, you need to back up all your data (photos, contacts, apps,...) as this operation restores the phone to the state it was in when it came out of the box.

Are you sure about what you're saying? You're talking about Android version 4.4, right? And do you really think a simple reset is going to bring you back to which version? Let me know, I’d be curious to find out… unless you’re talking about something else.

Once you've updated to 4.4.4, there's no way to go back by simply resetting to 4.4.2... and what's the point anyway?
