Hello everyone,
I would like to know why my Philips SHC5102 double headset station no longer charges, and moreover the green light no longer lights up.
Thank you for your responses.
Pierre

Question
Why doesn’t the POWER indicator light up when I plug the dock/transmitter into DC power?
Answer
The red POWER indicator activates once you:
- plug the dock/transmitter into DC power;
- plug the dock/transmitter into an audio source;
- set the volume to a reasonable level.
Your wireless dock/transmitter will then turn on automatically after a few seconds.
Note: if the input volume is set to a low or zero level for a while, the transmitter will automatically turn off.
