Connect PHILIPS SHB4000/10 headset

Yesterday I bought the PHILIPS SHB4000/10 headphones and I tried to connect them to my PC all evening but it didn't work.
As usual, I turned on the Bluetooth on both the computer and the headphones and tried to pair them, but I got the message "ERROR CANNOT CONNECT." After trying over and over, I did the same thing on my phone but it showed me the same thing.
And this morning I tried again, but this time neither the computer nor the phone finds the headphones during the Bluetooth search.

So if you have any ideas to make this headset work, I thank you in advance for your help.

    I found the solution to connect a SBH4000 to a Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth. After trying numerous software and updating all my drivers.
    The solution is very simple: just hold down the power button until you see a blue and white flashing light. However, the headset must not be paired with any other device.

    - What version of the operating system is installed on your PC?
    - What is your mobile phone?

      My operating system is Windows 8.1 and my mobile phone is a Samsung Galaxy S3, but I don’t know how the headset connects to my phone (after many tries). So no need to worry about the phone anymore.

      However, unfortunately, we do not guarantee compatibility with a computer, as this headset is compatible with mobile devices (smartphones, tablets).
