Hello,

With every wake-up, I am forced to close a photo sent by Bing, stop the loading of other images and now refuse Microsoft stuff... How can I delete all these suggestions and just have a single click to exit sleep mode? Thank you.

    Hello,

    If in Settings - Personalization - Background you choose not a solid color, but an image of your choice or a slideshow, Windows Spotlight will flood us with content of its choosing.

      No modification: relaunch of the screen with two Bing photos erased, then a Microsoft page... before arriving at the page left open before closing...

    Hello,

    With a .reg file, which contains the bold text below created from a .txt file saved as (Type: All files) with the file name ending in .reg rather than .txt

    To obtain a New Text Document.reg
    (Rather than a New Text Document.txt)

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Edge]
    "AllowPrelaunch"=dword:00000000

    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\MicrosoftEdge\Main]
    "AllowPrelaunch"=dword:00000000

    Double click on New Text Document.reg and accept the risks.

    Then in Edge settings, > System and performance

    Disable everything except Development Tools (F12) at the bottom.

    Then, before moving to the first part below (RegRun Reanimator), switch to the second part (Autoruns) and disable anything strange or useless, including Edge elements

    After disabling the items and restarting Windows, if the problem is not resolved, refer back to the first part

    And also ResetBrowser for Chrome and Firefox in the third part, or consider resetting Edge as well, as explained in this article:
