Hello.

Here is my issue: I just bought a Philips wireless headset, but unfortunately, I can't hear the sound from my PC through it, even after changing the channel.
If anyone has the solution, please let me know.
Best regards.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello, I also bought this headset, and it works very well, whether for the PC or HiFi, video, no problems!
In the box, it is delivered disassembled: insert the batteries into the headset, close it (small markers on the headset for alignment), put the antenna support into the wire that sticks out from the top of the base, connect the male 3.5mm jack (not the very small 2.5mm, that's for charging the headset) to the audio output of your source. The channel must be the same on the base as well as the headset, for example: 1 and 1 or 2 and 2, press the power button on the headset and increase the volume, the base will turn on automatically as soon as there is sound coming from the source. It turns off by itself after a certain time as soon as there is no more sound, and vice versa.

Hello, I bought this headset a long time ago and I wanted to get it working again, but I think I’m missing the cable that connects the base to the power supply. Can someone confirm that the base does indeed need to be connected to the power supply and possibly provide a brief description of this cable? Thank you in advance.

Yes, the base must be plugged in to work. (A small weak point, by the way, it reduces mobility. The cable has a round end, quite thick, larger than a jack plug. The adapter is small, somewhat flattened, and there are no markings on it.)

I only have sound from the visible side, what could be the cause, knowing it was working very well before?

This headset doesn't pick up Bluetooth? We can't use it with an MP3 player on the street, right?
