Hello, I have a problem with my headset. It charges normally, etc. The light is on but it turns off after a few seconds of charging (fully charged). But when I connect it to my phone via Bluetooth, the sound works normally but it cuts out after 10 to 20 seconds. Suddenly, as if there’s no battery left. So if you have a solution, that would be great.

I understand that you can no longer enjoy your headset and I am sorry about that.
I invite you to reset the headset. To do this, when the headset is off, hold down the power button for 10 seconds. The headset will turn on, enter pairing mode, and turn off. The default settings will be restored.
