Issue with Philips shb 3080 headset

Hello, I have a problem with my headset. It charges normally, etc. The light is on but it turns off after a few seconds of charging (fully charged). But when I connect it to my phone via Bluetooth, the sound works normally but it cuts out after 10 to 20 seconds. Suddenly, as if there’s no battery left. So if you have a solution, that would be great.

    Hello Darko,

    I understand that you can no longer enjoy your headset and I am sorry about that.
    I invite you to reset the headset. To do this, when the headset is off, hold down the power button for 10 seconds. The headset will turn on, enter pairing mode, and turn off. The default settings will be restored.

      Have you tried charging it from different audio sources?
      And how long have you had the headset?

      I tried with a regular charger, through a PC with a USB cable, and I've had it since November 2015. But it has never fallen, nothing. So it's really annoying that it gives up on me like this... especially since I love listening to music and the headset had the best sound quality I know...

      I tried it with 3 different PCs (2 laptops and a desktop) and I tried it with several cables. And it still doesn't work.
