Hello,
The + and - buttons on the channels of my freebox player TV remote for the revolution box seem to be stuck (or broken inside under the gray plastic); it doesn't "click" anymore.
Is the replacement of this remote included in the free offer (i.e., is it a replaceable equipment at Free's expense), or do I need to buy one through the Free store?
Thank you for your response.

Configuration: Linux / Firefox 38.0

After a call to Free's 3244, it appears that my Free Player Revolution remote control is the original remote and that the failure is not due to impact or improper use; it is simply wear and tear, the three buttons in the bottom right are "soft." Therefore, Free is replacing this remote for free since I did not purchase it at the Free store. So if this is the original remote, there is no need to buy a new one, thus saving you 20€. I am therefore waiting for my new remote via a parcel relay, and I must return the old defective remote to the parcel relay in exchange.

As a bonus, I had a problem with the hard drive of the Freebox server (I had reformatted, then reset the box to factory mode but the problem was still there), in the hotline they investigated remotely within a minute and confirmed the hard drive problem, they sent me a new box within 48 hours and it works again (hats off to Free for this example of customer service)

Hoping this can help you

Thank you
