PC restart issue under Steam

Hello,
I'm having a problem with my PC when playing the games TSW6 or DERAIL VALLEY (train simulator) on Steam.
After a few minutes, the PC restarts without any error message or blue screen. In the Event Journal I found an alert:
'An unrecoverable hardware error occurred,
Component: memory'
Error source: Machine Check Exception'
I ran a memory test with the Windows utility: no errors. I ran the 'MEM86' utility. After more than two hours of analysis: 0 errors.
I repeated the tests with a single stick: same result.
I even went as far as buying a Corsair DDR4 memory stick... compatible with my board, installed this new stick and relaunched the games: same result.
I ran the 'USER DIAG' software. Even the Stress test phase shows no problem.
Apart from these Steam-related problems, the PC works normally.
I have video editing software, Magix Video Deluxe Premium, I did a test by encoding a 1h30 video. The CPU and memory are heavily used throughout the encoding (2h10). The process completed without any issue.
I’m finding it very hard to understand the origin of my problem.
In advance, thanks for your help.
My configuration:
W11
Processor: RYZEN 7 5800X
16 GB RAM: DDR4 3200 MHz
Graphics Card: GEFORCE MSI 3060 TI RTX GAMING TRIO 8GD6X
Motherboard: ASUS ROG B550-F GAMING MAX WIFI II
Power Supply: MSI A850GL PCIe
CPU Cooler: CORSAIR H60I PRO XT

The STEAM LIBRARY directory on E: is 553 GB. Total space 4 TB and 1.08 TB remaining.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply, but I don’t see how to uninstall and reinstall Steam without deleting the game files.

Hi
From the Start menu, search for Steam, right-click the icon and choose "Uninstall".
The games are tied to your Steam account; they will not be lost but simply uninstalled unless you have saved the games directory (if you didn’t move it yourself beforehand).
See here for the exact procedure:
That said, I doubt that’s the issue; there’s probably a compatibility problem somewhere, and generally with Steam it’s usually the antivirus and firewall that cause problems.

Hello,
After uninstalling and reinstalling Steam, nothing changed. After disabling Wi-Fi, I disabled the firewall and antivirus. I launched the game in Offline mode: no change.
I have a laptop designed to run games. It has the same version of Windows 11, the same firewall and antivirus as the PC, and yet I launched the same games as on the PC. There are no problems, I can play without any crashes.
On the PC, after running another test and after restarting the PC during the game, I checked the event log and I still have the same error: 'Memory component'.
