My Freebox remote control is not working anymore? Solved

Hello,  When I press the power button on the remote, the light stays red! (I've checked the batteries) ...

hi,

you just need to press the small black button located on the back of your TV box, then restart your box and follow the instructions to reprogram your remote control

I had the same problem but it was solved thanks to that!

Hi,  Restart your Freebox electrically. If you have the V6, recalibrate your remote control in the settings. Otherwise, request an exchange from 1044.

Hello,
Your Freebox may no longer recognize your remote control.
On your remote, press AV + Freebox, within 1 meter of your Freebox.
A pairing test will be conducted.

If the issue is still not resolved, call 3244 option 2, they will arrange a free replacement since it's a technical problem, right!
