Hello,
My CGV, Fransat, E-SAT HD-W3 decoder is stuck. It was purchased at Darty.
In another room of the house, I have another decoder and a TV, and everything works fine.
From the start: it displays "Ft1" and I can't proceed to the next step.
I can do in the installation guide:
Language - Menus - French
Audio language - French
Parental control - Off
Then, afterwards: everything is blocked!!! I can't do - Channel search - Proceed to the next step.
Thank you for helping me solve this problem.
Sincerely,
Houette

Thank you for your response: I plugged it in and unplugged it several times.
I tried with the SCART plug, then with the HDMI cable, separately.
Always the same message: Ft1 and it doesn't want to know anything anymore.
Sincerely

My Fransat decoder, CGV, Fransat, E-SAT HD-W3 is now working.
I called Fransat who guided me well.
1-I was using my remote control like that of the previous decoder. Guaranteed failure.
2-You need to use the colored buttons, which are at the bottom of the new remote control.
There is a row of 4 colors. We start with the red one, and we let ourselves be guided. Then we sometimes have to use the one at the other end, the blue one. Once or twice.
If a PIN code is requested, you enter the one you choose. Then, you need to validate it. If the validation doesn't work, don't panic, you start over, and miraculously, the PIN code is accepted.
With all these indications, I succeeded, it works. Let's hope it lasts...
I would add that if the decoder turns off, don't panic, you don't have to start everything over, just restart it with the remote control.

Hello,

Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in??

If it gets stuck again, I'm afraid we'll have to go through customer service.
