Problem with Telefunken HD Fransat decoder

Hello,

hello, I already own 2 SD Fransat decoders and having seen a reconditioned HD decoder at Rue du Commerce for a very reasonable price, I went for it. However, RDC did not reset the decoder and I find myself stuck with the PIN code of ...the previous owner. In the user manual (Telefunken TFSHD 2000B, page 10), it says in case of loss or forgetfulness of the parental code, please press the blue button twice and then enter the code 4725. I have indeed carried out this maneuver but it yields nothing (if I do it at the parental code level, 3 incorrect attempts = 15-minute block). Am I doing it wrong, at the wrong place, do I need to press another button at the same time... I'm lost. If someone knows the correct procedure, I would be very grateful.
Thank you in advance.

Exca

P.S.: I have already sent an email to RDC but have received no response.

Rue du Commerce does not control customer returns, your decoder may be defective. Request a prepaid return voucher from RDC for exchange or refund.
You can try 1111, or 1234 or 0000.
It is preferable to get a quality Fransat decoder. Or a "free" HD decoder with CI+ like a Xeobos 7910 or 7200 with the NEOTION FRANSAT module with CARD. The "kit" is available here: https://www.2galli.fr/ otherwise you have these options: https://www.2galli.fr/recepteurs-fransat,fr,3,50.cfm

Hello, you need to press the blue button twice and use the code 1973 instead of 4725 when the code is requested.

Attention, bad choice of satellite terminal, since the Fransat SD Mpeg 2 decoders will no longer work when Fransat switches to all Mpeg 4, switch expected by the end of 2015....

Beware of promotions at €80/90 or even less!! It's not intended for Fransat channels in HD.. example:
http://www.boulanger.fr/image_son/recepteur_tnt_-_satellite/recepteur_satellite/cl_16377.htm

Similar ads exist on the internet, beware as soon as the decisive mention "Mpeg 4" does not appear..
