Fransat tecsat TFH9500 HD PVR decoder frozen

Hello,

Following the switch to HD, the TV worked normally, but when I changed the channel, the decoder got stuck; it remains at 0 and we can't do anything. I turned it off and on twice without success. If anyone has a solution, I’m all ears.

    Good evening
    Try resetting your device to see if the issue comes from your device
    -
    Access the main menu and select "Settings"
    Then select "Maintenance".
    Enter your PIN code.
    Select "Reset".
    Select "yes" to confirm.

    If necessary, contact Fransat at 3260 and say "Fransat"
