Hello,
I have an Epson XP-520 printer.
Once connected to the PC, it prints and copies, but it doesn't scan.
Every time I try to scan, I get this error message:
Communication with the scanner is not possible.
Please check that the scanner is powered on, properly configured, and that there are no connection errors.
For more information, refer to the Troubleshooting section of the User Guide.
I have installed and uninstalled it 10 times without it ever working.
Before, I was on Windows 7 and it worked.
I have read the forum messages, but they explain how to do it for Windows 7 and not for Windows 10.
Thank you for your help; otherwise, I will have to go to a repair shop.
