Hello,
Since yesterday, when I try to open my Thunderbird email, the following message appears:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird\xu.dll is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Please reinstall the program using the original installation media, or contact your system administrator or software vendor for support. Error Status: 0xc000007b."
Until now, everything was working perfectly.
I should clarify that this is the email I use for work and all my contacts are in it. If I need to reinstall, I would like to avoid losing my messages, but I don't know how to do that.
Is there a kind soul to help me, please?

Hello,
Corruption may be Windows-related.
Run the following command in an administrator command prompt: sfc /scannow.
If it is specific to Thunderbird, start by securely backing up the profile located at
Users\Me\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird.
Note that user folders are hidden by default.

Reinstall Thunderbird on itself, then, if the operation created a new blank profile, replace the files of this profile with those saved (received and sent emails, contacts...). -
hello
what antivirus?
try to disable it

Hello,
Wishing to free up space on my hard drive, I deleted certain items.
I don’t recall touching any email items, but after restarting my computer Thunderbird is inaccessible.
How can I recover it, knowing I use it for my work?
Thanks in advance
