Error E1460-B305 with Epson scanner xp-6100

Hello*

I can't connect my Epson scanner and it shows the same error E1460-B305 every time.
I've checked the USB connections and they're good, and the printer works perfectly.

Hello everyone, I've just found a solution :). I cleaned my computer with System Mechanic and then CCleaner and it's working again. I guess there was a blockage.
