Mes follow sont invisible

J'ai un probleme sur mon compte, enfaite quand je follow ou quand je mentionne une personne, mon follow et ma mention sont invisible, par exemple quand je follow une personne, cette personne ne reçoit pas la notification comme quoi je l'ai follow, un conseil svp?
