Hello everyone
Since this morning, I have a serious problem with my Acer Aspire E 15 laptop running Windows 10. When I turn it on, it shows "Restarting" without anything happening. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thanks

Configuration: iPhone / Chrome 49.0.2623.105

    Hello.
    You can try this:
    Unplug the PC.
    Remove the battery. (if it's a laptop)
    Press and hold the power button for a minute.
    Plug it back in.
    Start it up.

      Thank you, but to start with, I couldn't remove the battery because you have to press the button with a thin object (like a sewing needle), but nothing happens...

      No, it was running Windows 8.1 and I switched it to Windows 10 more than 6 months ago.
