Windows 10 infinite blue screen "Please wait"

Hello CCM!

My taskbar and Cortana weren't working anymore, so I decided to follow a piece of advice that asked me to press ctrl+alt+delete and right-click > restart on Windows Explorer.
The problem is that it crashed everything and I had to restart the PC.

Since then, I'm stuck at the blue screen at the very beginning with the small circle of dots spinning and "please wait" below.
I don't believe I have a system backup, and I have the Windows 7 installation CD (I upgraded to Win10 a few months ago).

I've tried several things but nothing has worked so far; do you have any idea how I can fix the problem?

Thank you in advance!

Configuration: Windows / Firefox 44.0

    Good evening.
    You can try this:

    Unplug the computer.
Remove the battery. (if it's a laptop)
Press and hold the power button for one minute.
    Reconnect.
    Start.

      Good evening!

I just did it, but it's stuck again on the blue "please wait" screen unfortunately.
