Hello,
I connected an HDMI adapter to my TECHWOOD TV model LED19AK12DVX and I get a black screen with the message
"Video format is not supported.
Can someone tell me what to do?

You didn't answer my question, have you switched the TV to the corresponding HDMI input?
Is the antenna connection properly plugged into the adapter?

  It is not enough to plug in the HDMI cable. There is a button on your remote control to select the input (input or a small logo representing a rectangle with an arrow entering it from the left); you need to press it and choose the HDMI input to which the adapter is connected (HDMI 1 or 2, etc.).

  Thank you Andy, I managed to switch HDMI (on my remote it's the "sources" button)
  I also did an automatic channel search. But then I get the same message "Video format is not supported." I think I'm going to need to bring in a professional... Good evening!

  Finally, I was able to solve the problem. When I switched HDMI, the other sources remained active, and as soon as I disabled the latter, everything started working and I am receiving all the channels of the TNT. Thank you all and have a great day!

Switch to the SCART and lower the screen resolution, set it to 720p and turn the sound to stereo, then switch to HDMI.
