I connected an HDMI adapter to my TECHWOOD TV model LED19AK12DVX and I get a black screen with the message
"Video format is not supported.
Can someone tell me what to do?

This is an HD DVB-T recorder receiver from the brand CGV that I connected as indicated in the manual to the HDMI port and the antenna.
