I just bought a second-hand TV with a Philips remote 32PFL3403D/12. After scanning for channels, I found 38 channels, but I can't access any of them; it displays: unsupported video format. What can I do to fix this problem? Thank you.

Good evening,
This television, lacking a compatible MPEG4 tuner, has become obsolete since April 5, 2016, the day the broadcasting standard switched from MPEG2 to MPEG4.

Therefore, it is necessary to invest in an HD MPEG4 TNT decoder (20€ to 30€) to connect to the television with an HDMI cable.

HD TNT :
Since April 5, 2016, in France, the channels of TNT are broadcast in a format NOT compatible with the PHILIPS 32PFL3403D.
Therefore, it is necessary to invest in an HD MPEG4 TNT decoder (20€ to 30€) to connect to the television with an HDMI cable.

It is very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
Especially when it's not there...
