Hello,

I have a Brother MFC-L2800DW that was working very well.

Currently, the printer works but the scanner no longer works.

    Hello,

    If you have changed version of (let's say) Windows or if one of the updates (Windows Update) has occurred, you may need to search the manufacturer's site for the driver corresponding to your system version.
