Unsupported HD format video

Hello,

I just bought a television with built-in HDMI TNT, and I searched for channels, but I only receive 6 TNT channels (R2). I picked up TFI HD, France 2 HD, M6 HD (R5) but as soon as I try to watch them, a message appears indicating that the video format is not supported???? so I can't watch them.
What can I do to receive them, and normally we should receive 18 channels with TNT, so why doesn't my television pick them up? The antenna is collective and has been adapted for digital.
Thank you for letting me know if you have a solution.

Hi everyone,

we also bought a built-in HD ready TNT television.
we perfectly receive all the TNT channels as well as the latest ones (6ter, découvertes, chérie25, etc....) but this message appears as soon as we request any image: "unsupported video format."
what can we do to solve this problem, and is there a solution other than changing the television, buying an HD TNT decoder, or is a technician's adjustment sufficient?

thank you for your responses

My TV displays HD well on channels 7 and 57, but after a channel search, I get a black screen. I called 0970 818818 and they told me to restart the search, but I have done it at least 20 times with no results. However, another technician told me I need to buy a decoder. Who should I trust?

I bought a small TV in 2011, and I'm getting the same message that the video format is not supported and I don't know what to do? However, it says that my TV has built-in TNT.
Thank you for helping me.

Hello. HD TV READY means that your TV can transmit HD images from an auxiliary device, for example: an HD DVD player, but it cannot receive HD channels since it doesn't have built-in HD TNT. Therefore, you need to buy an HD TNT box to receive HD channels. I was in your situation with a PHILIPS HD TV READY, and the HD TNT box I purchased for around twenty euros solved the issue.
