Hello,
Since the upgrade to Windows 10, we have been experiencing issues with the default printer.
To clarify, we set a default printer, but when we use another printer from a software program, the printer changes automatically.
For example: let's say my default printer is "PDF".
I create labels that I print with the "Zebra" printer. I exit the program, I launch Word to write a letter or another software.
The default printer has become "Zebra"...
This causes a lot of problems because some software only works with the default printer, and if it changes at each user's whim, we end up with label prints where we should normally print on A4.
A small note, some are networked, and even when it receives a print job from another PC, it changes... Even more bothersome.
And I have noticed that this has been happening since Windows 10 and on all machines, so it is not localized.
Thank you for your help

Hello,
The solution: under Windows 10, click on the Start menu, then Settings, choose Devices, in Printers and Scanners, scroll down in the window (if you have many printers) and make sure that the option "Let Windows manage my default printer" is turned off. (if enabled, then the default printer is the last printer used).
