Hello
It starts with a new connection problem to Free webmail.
(for the past 4/5 days)
As usual in these cases, we go to the URL "imp4.free.fr"
but that’s over!
Free offers "a new future app thingy" called "Round Cube",
even providing a few words of apology: << IMP4 was never put into production... >>.
So here it is: access is via https://webmail-rc.free.fr
Except that this new thing doesn’t seem to have taken into account the data transfer ...empty!
Help and the sync??

as far as I'm concerned, no issues connecting to my Free inbox (https://imp.free.fr)
I'm not using Zimbra)
but I can also connect without any problems to my daughter's inbox, which she uses with Zimbra
so you probably have another issue
p.s.: I'm on W7, not W10 which I tested and uninstalled.

There is indeed a hardware issue confirmed by Free support.
...without reassuring me about the future of my data...
Moreover, today the message I copied/pasted yesterday no longer appears and redirects directly to "Roundcube," Free's new webmail application that I apparently have the honor of testing... I can confirm that imp4 is over or will be soon for you.

free has informed its customers about maintenance on some of its equipment (if only one could read the warning before it cuts out,) ...
in fact, it's a server outage, or maintenance of servers in several regions, and therefore certainly a server that you depend on
this happens more or less regularly, but with other operators as well..
however, access will return, do not change your passwords or other IDs during the "outage"
when it comes back, you will find everything as before
however, if the inbox is full, it is possible that some messages could not be received and that you receive a message such as "check your email address" from certain software

Resolved because: Access to imp.free is possible again and I have recovered my data.

Confirmation of many upcoming disruptions due to technical problems with the deployment of the new app and data migration.. all good news..
But keep calm and play Tetris....

Thank you Free! I'm discovering that one of my email accounts has switched to this famous Roundcube. I hadn't received certain emails (private sales, Twitter, vouchers, etc.) for weeks.
I use Windows Live Mail and when connecting from another PC, I inevitably go through Free, which brings me to the Roundcube inbox that has automatically created subfolders "Commercial" and "Social Networks"... nearly 200 emails that were never received on WLM and lots of missed things...
