Hello,
I just bought my Asus laptop, confident to format it. But there's a problem when I got home, nothing is showing up. How do we reformat a Windows 10 PC with Darty's display?
Thanks in advance.

    Good evening...

Do you have an operating system on it or not?
    Does it require a password?
    Regards,
    See you later

Windows 10, yes it asks me for a password that I can enter as they provided it to me.

    Hello
    Two options
    1- use factory restore (partition)
2- use an official Windows DVD to format/reinstall

I tried, but once I click on settings, nothing shows up, just the presentation page of the expo model.

You can't put it, or is it wrong?
Does the score show up when you hit it or not?

I can put it on and yes, the dots appear. It lights up correctly but cannot be formatted because it does not display.

    Oupsssssssssssss !
I don't understand everything: it works BUT you want to format it so you no longer have to use the Darty password, right?
And to not have Darty displayed anymore either?

If it starts, go to the accounts and security option in the control panel, and delete the password.. if it works, we'll see about the rest...

The problem is that when I try to open a window, it doesn't show up.

So, for me: it doesn't work!
What can you do with this machine?

Nothing but turning it on, going to the start menu.

I was wondering if I could reset to factory settings by going into safe mode?

Right-click on the "start" menu at the bottom left and see if you can get anything....

    It could be useful...
Good luck, please let us know what they will have done, okay...

By pressing 《windows D》, the desktop appears and I was able to format.
