Hello,

I have noted the confidentiality issue concerning Doctolib, but to whom should we address the document to be filled out?

    Hello,

You must have received an email from Doctolib indicating potential use of your data. In this email, you can click on the first link "laboratoire de recherche en santé"

that page leads you to a web page that explains the context. On this page, around the middle, you have this card

By clicking the button, you access a form to fill out. And that's all.

    Hi,

probably directly to the professional in question who asks for it.

And there you go, there you have it ....

But misery, how tedious line spacing is!!

      Hello,

This is unlikely to be the data kept by health professionals regarding appointment scheduling and who are supposed to have their own GDPR policy, I don’t know if, starting from professional software and outside of Doctolib proper, the collection of non-personal data is not allowed for a certain number of organizations and under a certain number of conditions.

But more readily the famous AI research that was the subject of a recent article.

The links in <1> give access to this opposition, but Doctolib is surely not within GDPR compliance in that at login the information on personal data (which indeed includes this AI) can be consulted, but a priori not something else than accepting or rejecting it in bulk, not certain that site access will be maintained in the latter hypothesis.

The form is well hidden at the bottom, in the Cookies management and consent link that no one will bother to view.
