Loss of cable channels with SAGEMcom DS81 HD

Thank you in advance to those who will take the time to read and respond to me.

Until the end of December, I was using a terminal that allowed me to receive not only the classic TNT channels but also many cable channels (foreign channels).
These last ones are of particular interest to me as I regularly receive foreigners in a guesthouse who appreciate this service.

I therefore need two receivers, one for personal use and one for the guesthouse.

With the recommended (if not imposed) terminal change, I purchased two SAGEMCOM pack DS81HD terminals.
I now have all the TNT channels again (since some could no longer be received), but I can no longer receive the foreign cable channels at all...

After reading and re-reading the user and installation guide (and supplementing my research with numerous maneuvers from the terminal menu), I haven't seen anything that offers the possibility to receive cable channels with this terminal...

I contacted the store where I bought the two receivers, and they told me that the SAGEMCOM pack-thing is designed to receive HD TNT channels, not for anything else, but they weren't quite sure if it was possible to receive the other channels...

I was understandably frustrated with the seller, as it seemed obvious to me that installing these new terminals, which are supposedly more efficient, should not result in the loss of other services... Moreover, the installation of the previous receivers (two years ago?... marketing, when you hold us...), did not cause the loss of cable channels.

My request:
So, is it possible to perform a maneuver to receive cable channels again from this terminal?

Or is this just a new commercial quirk to see me being offered complementary equipment for a few hundred euros more in order to receive the other channels?
