Sagemcom DS81 HD Demodulator Reset

Hello
I would like to know the method to reset my Sagemcom DS81HD set-top box to factory settings.
I can't access the menus. I'm stuck on the antenna setup and channel and radio search screens.
I have tried various tips
Typing 0044
Pressing the menu and turning it on, etc.
Nothing allows me to do a reset. I really need your advice from a good professional.

    Hello and welcome to this forum,

    Have you simply tried unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power cord, waiting five minutes and plugging them back in?
