Volume that rises on its own

Hello

So here it is, I have a pretty annoying problem with my sound since yesterday. Actually, the volume keeps increasing on its own out of the blue, without me touching anything. The problem only occurs when I plug in my headphones and the volume increases by itself even when I lower it, 2 or 3 seconds later it goes up automatically.

I searched on Google, and I was advised to go to Sound, Communication and check (Do nothing) but it doesn't help.

Do you have a solution to this problem?
