Wireless earbuds sound issue too loud (on iPhone)

Hello,
I recently bought wireless earbuds (TWS i99999 plus), which are imitations of AirPods 2. They work very well with my iPhone 11 (iOS 14.2), but there’s one problem: the sound. Indeed, even at the lowest setting, the sound is quite loud, and it’s impossible to turn it down any further, while when I connect the earbuds to an Android device (Xiaomi), the sound is perfect and I can adjust it up or down as I wish.
Does anyone have any ideas?
