Hey guys! I have ANOTHER problem, ever since I got my new laptop, I noticed that when I listen to music, the volume fluctuates by itself for a second. Not by much, but it happens repeatedly. It varies from every two seconds to every 20 seconds between each drop in sound, and sometimes it works fine for a while.
Anyway, I'm completely lost! It's worth noting that I use iTunes almost all the time, but the problem also occurs on YouTube, for example, and on everything music-related in general. But if I play a movie or a game, the sound works perfectly.
Let me give you a few details about the PC:
It's a Toshiba Qosmio X500 with Windows 7 Premium 64-bit. Processor 1.6 GHz quad-core, 4GB RAM and the graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTS 250.
So that's it, if you could help me that would be cool ^_^

I had the same issue with a Toshiba laptop running Windows 7.
In fact, it's related to the built-in microphone on the laptop. Seven detects that it "hears" something and lowers the volume of the applications in progress...
To stop this, you need to go to:
Control Panel / Sound / Communications / and check do nothing.
And there you go!

indeed!
But is it still happening?? T_T
Maybe there's something else to disable?
