EBP no longer wants to connect to the database

Hello
I have EBP Classic 2014 software. This morning I want to open it and a message tells me "unable to connect to the database. Please check which server is in service (yes it is) ... Unable to open the database 'Mond Dossier Accounting' requested by the connection; login failure for user 'sa' ..."
If any of you have an idea, thanks in advance

      Hello no.
      I'm considering changing software because I refuse to pay 356 euros for assistance on an update that didn't work and for which EBP clearly told me they would do nothing....

      At the end of the name of your database folder, what does it end with? If the name of your database ends with sql: you need to check in the SQL Server configuration manager if it is running properly.
