Bonjour, j'ai un pb avec mon imprimante depuis quelque temp un message saffiche quand je la met en route le message indique : nettoyage impossible 46
esce que quelqu'un peut m'aider merci

Il faut faire une remise à 0 du compteur d'encre usagée pour débloquer l'appareil:
