DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error code Solved

Question

Hello,

since yesterday I have this message only when I try to connect to Facebook: Error code: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

I can browse everywhere except on Facebook, I have a Mediaserv box (provider in the West Indies).
I tried with another PC and on my Android, it's the same thing!

Everything works well, I can browse everywhere except on FB, I tried with IE, with Mozilla and Chrome but nothing works, I disabled my antivirus, I checked my firewall settings and since nothing has been changed, I don't understand.
Elsewhere (outside my home), I can access my FB page

Hello,

Try going to "Network and Sharing Center" > "Change adapter settings" >

- Then right-click on the connected network adapter, "Properties."
- A window will open, you need to find "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" in the list > Then click on "Properties" > Check "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter 8.8.8.8.

8.8.8.8 is a DNS server from Google.

Click OK.

Hello,

If you need to set Google's DNS servers as mentioned in the first message, it means that your ISP's DNS has been modified by malicious software; probably adware.

So it’s good to set the DNS servers that will resolve the visible issues, but the computer may be infected, so it would be wise to disinfect it.

I just had the issue just now, I simply had to disconnect from the wifi and reconnect... there you go.

for my part, this solution doesn't work :'(
I tried the solution with 8.8.8.8 and the one with 8.8.4.4, restarted my router, my computer, turned off the wifi and turned it back on, and connected directly via ethernet.

The problem only occurs on one computer.

Hello, I have the same problem, but only when I'm connected via wired network... the wireless works perfectly... I've tried everything... flush DNS... reset catalog... uninstall Chrome, etc.

Hi, I had the same problem. I looked at hundreds of pages, tried everything they said, and oddly, what worked was

then network connections
diagnose
and repair
and after that, everything worked lol

Hi everyone, I recently have a problem with Chrome that no longer works, and Microsoft Edge is infected by hao123. I don’t know why, but Google Chrome can't seem to connect to the server www.google.com; it's a DNS issue. So for several hours it doesn’t work and sometimes it does work. I can't use Chrome.
