App that keeps crashing on Android.

Hello,

I have a problem with my Android mobile ever since I reset it to factory settings.

I am trying to download an important file from my email, but every time I get the error "The application has stopped unexpectedly". I'm stuck and I absolutely need this file.

How can I find out which app is causing the problem? Is it my email app, the download manager, or something else?

And above all, what should I do when an app keeps crashing like this?

Please help me, I really need this file.

    • Whatever the application, if Android indicates that it has stopped, you need to restart the mobile.
    • If that doesn't solve the problem, go to Settings / Apps / Your app / Storage / Clear cache / Delete data.
    • If that is not enough, you need to reinstall it from the Play Store.
    • If the internal memory is insufficient, you need to make space by removing some files on the mobile.
