    Hello,

    try this:

    Start > Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Click on Network Connection, then Properties > Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties > Obtain DNS server addresses automatically.

    If that doesn't work, try this:

    open a command terminal and type

    netsh int ip set dns
    netsh winsock reset
