Good evening.
EDF sent me a file without a name that I'm trying to open. I chose Adobe Reader but they tell me that the file is not supported or that it has been damaged or not decoded correctly. It's a compressed folder. So I downloaded "WinZip."
What should I do now?
Thank you for your help.
Have a good evening.

Hello,
there's no way to see the extension, they write: File without name (1kb)
it's not the first time, but usually I call them and they send me the invoice by mail but it annoys me a bit because I would like to understand. They tell me it's a "PDF" document
Thank you for your help and have a good afternoon.-
HUm .... I agree with gironsul. EDF would not send a file by email, and even less a completely messed up file.
Don't open it. Do you know what phishing is?
Here is the procedure to follow to view your invoices:

Indeed, EDF just marks this to let me know that my document is visible in my customer area.
During the first call, my interlocutor was unable to explain it to me, or maybe I didn't understand.
My problem is resolved, thank you.
