Hello,
I have tried several times to log in with my password on my box but it doesn’t work. The problem isn’t the Wi-Fi because my phone and tablet connect correctly. I also called Bouygues who told me that the problem came from the computer. Could you please help me?
Thank you in advance

Re
It should connect without any trouble.
Has it logged into another box?
If yes, you need to remove that old connection:
To remove an old Wi‑Fi connection saved on an Aspire A315-24P (on Windows), here is how to proceed:
Via Windows Settings
-
Open the Wi‑Fi settings:
- Press
Win + Ito open Settings. - Go to Network & Internet > Wi‑Fi.
- Click on Manage known networks.
- Press
-
Delete the connection:
- From the list of saved Wi‑Fi networks, select the one to delete.
- Click on Forget.

Thank you for your reply. I haven't been connected to another box for a long time, and it still doesn't work... Thanks a lot in advance

hi
just because you haven’t been connected to another box in a while doesn’t mean the last connection isn’t recorded!
look and execute the manipulation of JY29200 in this message click here
when that’s done, see if you can connect to your box (via the Wi-Fi key or the WPS button)
