Windows Store 22606.1401.4.0 bug?

Hello, I did a fresh install and configuration of Windows 11 Home x64 25h2 on my computer. Updates have been applied to the operating system as well as the Store.

I’m encountering a bug with the Store version 22606.1401.4.0. Before this version and after a reinstallation, I could suspend app updates and do them manually, pause them.

With this version: 22606.1401.4.0, when I try to pause them, I click confirm but the button automatically reverts to enable app updates.

Are there any known bugs like this at the moment?

    Hello,

    The update of Microsoft Store apps does not directly depend on the Microsoft Store but on Windows Update settings.

    It is no longer possible to configure it directly in the Microsoft Store as far as I know, since the appropriate menu still does not exist, leaving the registry (or of course a number of "Tweakers" that have the same effect graphically).

    assuming one would later want to update an individual app, one must then use a Get-AppxPackage or WinGet syntax that will reinstall it (or a script grouping only those of one’s choosing).

    The effect is pernicious for apps that have replaced local executables if you don't want them (Notepad, Calculator, etc.) where you have to search for and reinstall the executables manually or, again, via certain Tweakers.
