Searching for a French TV movie from the late 90s to early 2000s

Good evening everyone. I need your help to find the title of a French TV movie from the late 90s to early 2000s. It tells the story of a very young couple facing an unexpected pregnancy. The boyfriend initially seems unprepared, but they decide together to raise the baby. They move in, juggling couple life and parental responsibilities, and at some point the relationship is hard. The girl returns to her family with her baby. If this rings a bell, please help me find the title. For info, it’s not the M6 series with Pascal Légitimus "Ma femme, ma fille, deux bébés"; I’m looking for a TV movie. Thanks in advance, and have a good evening.

      I just watched the excerpts and I have the impression that it’s not the same, because it was in the form of a TV movie and not a feature film, and in the one I’m looking for the guy was brown-skinned; I think he was Maghrebin. But I vaguely remember that he takes an apartment and he must find a job to support the baby, and he sees that married life is difficult at their young age. Thanks for your help.
