Hello,
here's my problem, I have a screen resolution of 1360*720 but even when I set it to full screen and resolution 1360*720 in my games, I have two huge black bars on the sides. Do you have any idea how to actually set it to full screen without those black bars?

Hello,
it is very likely that the display is not designed for a screen with a ratio of 1360/720 (=1.888...) which is not a standard ratio. For example, 16/9 (=1.777...) or 4/3 (=1.333...) are standards but are also incompatible with each other. Therefore, all games, videos, photos, etc. that do not have the ratio corresponding to the screen being used always show 2 black bars, either vertical or horizontal depending on the case. It is impossible to make them disappear.
In reality, one could do it by "cropping" (virtually of course) part of the screen, but part of the display would be hidden which can be very inconvenient for a game as well as for a video.

To understand the complexity of display, it’s enough to connect a TV screen or a projector whose definitions are not compatible with the graphics card.
For example, I have a laptop that, when connected to my TV, leaves a black band (and only one) on the right side of the screen; since the systems are incompatible, the graphics card does its best.
However, when I display a photo in full screen in 4/3 format, there are 2 black bands, which is normal. It’s a bit like trying to fit a square into a circle or vice versa. It’s simply impossible because they don’t have the same shape.
Switching from 1368x768 to 1360x768 on Windows XP resolved the issue.
Thank you.
