How to convert a video to *.bin

Here it is;
I would really like to be able to convert videos to *.bin to watch movies on my TV.

    So according to the information I found/understood, BIN files for Moresat satellite receivers are not video files.

    They are used for updates, via the USB port, and are contained in the files you can find here for example: http://www.soirnet.com/Officiel+moresat+receivers.html
    But be careful, on the Moresat website, they recommend only using official programs!
