TCL TV Software Update

Good evening,

I bought a TV a week ago and I tried to connect to Netflix and I got this error message:
- We regret to inform you. The software version of your television is 382 but you need at least version 434 to access Netflix. To update the software, please contact our customer service or visit our website.

But the problem is that I can't find it..
Can any of you help me?

EDIT: The brand is TCL and the reference I believe is U55S6806S

Download the software HERE
Once downloaded, extract the file and place the file V8-NT67F02-LF1V498.bin on a USB flash drive that you connect to your television, then follow the television manual which I remind you: 
Excerpt from the manual page 14.

Software Update 
Note: Do not turn off or unplug the
television until the upgrade
is complete.
Press MENU or OPTION on the remote control,
select Settings > System > Software update
(Settings > System > Software update) and
press OK/ to access. You have the
following options to update the software.
--By USB: Allows you to install a
new version of the software from a USB flash drive.
Insert the USB flash drive that contains the new
version of the software into a USB port
on the device. Select By USB
and press OK/ to access. Follow the
on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Thank you, I'll let you know if it's good or not, but it's not going to change anything on TV, right?

I don't know, ask TLC support or read your manual; anyway, updates are there to improve things and evolve your television.
