Sound cutting out by itself and regularly

Hello,
For some time now, the sound on my computer cuts out by itself while watching videos or listening to music, whether from files on my computer or from the internet.
However, the sound is not "mute" in the strict sense, as the Microsoft sound "logo" is activated and works as if there were no problem. The sound comes back after a while but cuts out again later.
However, when I listen to sound through headphones or speakers, the problem does not occur. Moreover, simply inserting and then removing the headphones makes the sound reappear.
I bought a cooling pad for my PC thinking that the problem was due to overheating, but it continues to persist.
I have an MSI CR640
