Good evening
I have the following problem for a few days: I turn on my PC, it starts normally, but no matter what I do, and fairly quickly, the screen turns off and on again, sometimes with a very close time interval (for example, 3 times in 3 minutes), or more randomly. Sometimes even, after a while, it stops. I have no error messages, just a black screen with the flatron logo in blue, the green light on the monitor turns off, then turns back on at the same time as the screen.
Regarding changes made to my computer, my friend recently installed a PlayStation emulator.
I have reinstalled the screen drivers, without success.
I have an LG Flatron L1730S screen which is roughly 2 years old, if I remember correctly.
Thank you in advance for your help

Hello Jack.
Thank you for your response.
I managed to take it apart according to your valuable advice!
After removing all the visible screws, you indeed have to gently unclip the two covers with a very thin tool, and then remove the 4 screws on the side of the panel.
Once the metal cover is removed, you then have access to the components.
And there, I saw the 680µF capacitor all swollen...
See you later

Hello
For my part, the problem came from the fact that I had connected the screen to an overloaded power strip!!
I plugged it into a single outlet => it seems to be working for now!!
