Hello everyone,
It's now been 4 days since I have been unable to open a webpage on my HP Beats laptop. I am connected to Wi-Fi, but the icon in the bottom right has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark, and it says "no internet access." Moreover, my brother and sister on their laptops and my father on his Mac have no issues and are connected to Wi-Fi.
I have looked into some possible solutions for my problem, and it seems that restoring to a previous update could resolve my issue.
However, after the restoration, the problem persists, and I don't know what to do to regain internet access, which is why I am reaching out to you in hopes that you can clarify this point for me.
Thank you in advance for your help!
Configuration: iPhone / Safari 6.0

Hello,
Go to the device manager
Check if there are any question marks and which ones?
If so, right-click on the device
Properties
Details tab
Give the hardware ID number.
To find the ID number, look -->> here <<--
What's the model number of the HP?
What's the operating system and is it 32 or 64 bits?

Hi kaneagle,
Thank you for responding so quickly. I checked the device manager, but no device has a yellow triangle like on my wifi logo.
As for the operating system, it's 64-bit; however, I don't know how to find the HP model number. If you can help me with that.

Hello there!
I had already tested it but I'm doing it again and it says "no operation can be performed on local network 2 when its media is disconnected."

Sure, kaneagle, if I understood correctly, this is what you want:

Yes, as recommended, and by the way, I don't know if it can help, but I'm able to connect to the internet with my PC elsewhere than at home. It's just at home that I can't connect via wifi.
Go to Start

Right-click on --> Command Prompt
Choose --> Run as administrator and confirm
Type these 2 commands and hit enter each time:
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
Restart the PC.

I did all the steps and restarted the PC, but the yellow triangle is still there upon reboot, much to my regret...
Go to the Device Manager

I did the manipulation, I restarted the PC and I had to type in the wifi key again, this time the yellow triangle has disappeared, but I still can't display a web page even though my wifi logo is fine with all the bars and it says "internet access."
Launch IE

Internet options
Security tab
Click on --> reset all zones to default level

Click on --> Reset...(default IE settings)
Accept, apply and OK.
If it still doesn't work:

Select Internet Protocol TCP/IP
Click on properties
Check that obtain an IP address automatically and obtain DNS server addresses automatically are checked.

I tried the first method but it doesn't work, and for the second method I can't manage it, can you explain the steps in more detail please? Because once in the Control Panel there is no network connection, there is internet network and in Network and Sharing Center there is a connection to a network, but when I right-click on it, nothing happens.
Go to Network and Sharing Center
Haven't you managed wireless networks?
