Hello everyone, I’m new to this forum, and I have a little problem with my connection. A yellow triangle with an exclamation point appears on my network icon and it says no internet access. I just reinstalled my operating system, Windows 7. When I try my network cable on another computer, the connection works. Help me, I don’t know if it’s due to my new system. Thanks in advance.

Hello, the network card driver must be missing.

Right-click on the exclamation point, then update the driver. If Windows can't find it, check the manufacturer's website for the network/motherboard.

I have checked that the driver for my network card is indeed installed. I disabled it and then re-enabled it. Still the same.

Is the Ethernet port on the motherboard, or do you have a separate network card?
Try disabling your network card, turn off your computer, wait about thirty seconds, and turn it back on.
    (Windows should reinstall the device.)

The port is on my network card. I have already disabled it to reactivate it, but nothing happens.

The network card is therefore on a PCI port?
    - check if it is properly "inserted"
    - you must leave the card disabled when you turn the computer off and on again.
