How to disconnect a device and reconnect it

Hello. Which device? Everything on your computer is a device, internal or external.
For internal; configuration panel -- device manager -- right click on the concerned device -- disable (let the computer take care of it, the lines will disappear and reappear several times) and enable, or uninstall in which case you will need to shut down and restart, internal devices are always connected, it will be detected upon reboot and you should get a message "new device detected" and either it will ask you if you want to install it (highly recommended), or if it's like the rest plug and play, it will do it automatically. But before getting to that point, I advise you to disable it. For external, turn it off and restart; there may have been a bug and it has remained in "memory".
