Deleting a Bluetooth device: How to reactivate it?

Hello,

Having encountered a major bug with my Bose speaker (detected via Bluetooth, displayed as "paired" but continuing to blink instead of activating, unable to get sound through the speaker), I tried everything and anything, including "removing the device" by clicking on "Bose SoundLink Mini"... But since then, I can't fix my mistake, I can't find anywhere, including online, how to reactivate or re-add this Bluetooth device...

    Check if you have any system restore points.
    If so! restore to an earlier date.
