Hello,
One of my external hard drives appearing in the file explorer is marked with a red cross, following the startup of my PC.
But initially, before this cross appeared, a frame displayed the following terms:
Restoring network connections
( a yellow triangle with an exclamation point ) Error reconnecting
L: to \\venus\hdd1\FILMS
Microsoft Windows Network: The network path was not found.
this connection has not been restored.
Can you provide me with the steps to restore this
network connection ????
As a novice in computers, I am counting on your help and especially want to know if having this cross can harm my computer.
